Addicts will have to give their full names to get access to the safe injecting room in North Richmond, as the Victorian government starts work on what it hopes will be a politically palatable solution to the heroin overdose crisis.
While heroin users willing to identify themselves will be able to inject under medical supervision, the government has vowed to keep the drug ice out of the two-year trial at the North Richmond Community Health Centre. (The Age, Australien, 31.10.2017)
